Window Screen Repair

Window Screen Repair is another service we offer. If your current screens are ripped or fadded, or flaking, we can take them back to the shop with us for a few days, and return them with all new screening and spline material. As well as new corners if need be. During the process we will also clean the current framing, and depending on the type of frame they are, remove the bug nests from the inner part of the aluminum frame that most likely has built up over time. We use the basic Suntex charcoal colored mesh, or can use their Suntex 80 black Sunscreen mesh product if you need extra protection from the suns rays. Pricing varies typically between $12-$20 per screen depending on quantity, complexity, and which material you choose.

One of our main specialties is Chandelier Cleaning. We are quickly becoming recognized as a "go to" company in the local marketplace both residentially and commercially, to clean chandeliers both large and small. Cleaning a chandelier is a skill that takes a lot of time and effort along with a delicate touch, requiring hours of focusing on many little crsytals, cleaning them one by one by hand, using specialized cleaning methods, that is a task most people simply do not have the patience to see their way through. Plus this work is often done standing on a ladder from a few feet to many feet up in the air for hours on end, making cleaning a chandelier potentially very dangerous if you loose your balance, or spacial focus ability. But I have many years of working with Austrian crystals as a jewelry designer in the past, so I'm very familiar with the material, and as a window cleaner, I am always up in the air on a ladder. Plus my patience is incredibly tenacious when I become involved on a particular project. So the results when I'm finished, will be a chandelier that is nearly as clean as the day it was new.
